James River Church South Campus

Part of a larger campus renovation, the James River Kids space at the South Campus was designed to be bold, immersive, and unmistakably fun. Every detail was considered to create an environment where children feel welcomed, excited, and safe—empowering the church’s mission to serve the next generation.

Custom wall graphics, colorful finishes, and clear wayfinding help orient families while making check-in seamless and inviting. Zones were intentionally designed for different age groups, with furniture, finishes, and play features tailored to developmental needs. From interactive play areas to worship-ready large group spaces, the design supports both connection and spiritual growth in a way that feels entirely unique to James River.
